Great to meet you!

Many clients have found success in my office. Your experience in my office is supported by my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The College of William and Mary and my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of William and Mary School of Education. My combined education encompasses psychology, sociology, anthropology, and human growth & development, complemented by education in counseling techniques, theoretical orientations, family and couples counseling, and direct practicum and internship experiences. My educational growth did not end at the culmination of my two degrees. On my path to licensure, and what continues today is a mindset of lifelong learning as evidenced by attending continuing education classes that help me stay up to date with the latest information and research within the counseling profession, as well as build on my knowledge and specialties in working with Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression in Adolescents and Adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. Together, we’ll assess your unique needs, identify triggers and patterns, and build practical coping skills that support your everyday life. I focus on helping you become a fierce self-advocate and confident boundary-setter, empowering you to take an active role in your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to share your story, get to know me and my therapeutic style, and begin learning skills tailored to your goals right away. Therapy with me is not just about talking—it’s about growth, clarity, and meaningful change.
