Great to meet you!

Hi. My name is Staci Cabbiness. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering individual counseling to kids, teens, and young adults in person or through televideo. I am a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping youth find fulfillment and peace of mind in themselves. I demonstrate a genuine and caring persona which is the result of the passion and fulfillment that I bring to my work. I have worked with many youth from different backgrounds and cultures.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is an integration of different perspectives with heavy consideration of trauma and attachment, as these are shown to impact a person's experiences. During sessions, I explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while also fostering self-compassion, emotional regulation, and communication techniques for living a joyful lifestyle. I seek to establish a connection with clients so that they feel heard and understood.

What you can expect from our first session

I seek to establish a connection with young clients so that they feel heard and understood. I like to build on a person’s strengths and assist them in better understanding themselves and help them navigate their way to happiness, confidence, high self-esteem, empowerment, and the ability to manage stress.
