Great to meet you!

With 14 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I've had the privilege of sitting with people through some of their hardest seasons — anxiety that won't quiet down, depression that makes getting out of bed feel monumental, grief that doesn't follow anyone's timeline, and the kind of stress that quietly takes over everything. I work with adults and seniors across Texas via telehealth, which means you can connect from wherever you are — your home, your car, your lunch break. I'm patient, direct, and genuinely invested in figuring out what's getting in the way and how we can move through it together.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing — not because they're buzzwords, but because they work. CBT helps you identify the thought patterns that keep you stuck. Motivational Interviewing helps you find your own reasons and readiness for change. That said, I don't run sessions like a checklist. I follow your lead. Some sessions we work through skills and strategies. Others we just talk it through. I meet you where you are — always.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an intake interview. I want to hear what's been going on, what brought you here, and what you're hoping for. We'll also get a feel for whether we genuinely click — because the relationship between therapist and client matters more than any technique. There's no pressure to share everything at once. Come as you are, and we'll figure out the rest from there.
