A bit about my approach to therapy

I understand that sharing your mo’olelo (story) can be a daunting and vulnerable experience. This is why I approach our work together with the utmost humility, recognizing that being entrusted with your story is a profound privilege. My commitment is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and emotions and reflecting on your experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, my goal is to help you reflect on your experiences and connect with your existing strengths.
