Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Staci Jenkins and I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience treating mood, trauma and attachment disorders in adults. I find deep satisfaction in helping others recover from debilitating symptoms. Suffering is a part of life, but unnecessary suffering does not have to be. There are a myriad of interventions designed to help you learn, grow and heal.

My approach to therapy

As a person centered counselor my therapy room is a place where you can unburden without fear of judgment. As a personality I’m curious and compassionate, warm and approachable. I am both a true believer in verbal processing “talk therapy,” as well as skills based treatment, and often use both. Treatment with me is collaborative. I'm an expert on psychology, but you are the expert on you.

What you can expect from me

What I most often hear from clients after their first session is that they feel better, less overwhelmed and more hopeful. In the initial stage of treatment I am focused on learning your story, how long you have been suffering and how your symptoms get in the way of living a full life. Next we will set goals together which we will track throughout the course of treatment until you have recovered.
