Staci is the passionate owner and co-founder of Beacon Services Group, a dynamic organization dedicated to fostering personal growth through counseling, coaching, and career development. With a deep belief that every individual has a unique light and purpose, Staci’s mission is to help others discover and embrace theirs. As a wife, mother, sister, aunt, and daughter, she brings her strong family values into her work, ensuring that every person she encounters feels supported and understood on their own unique journey.

Staci is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana and (LPCC) in California, with over 20 years of experience in the counseling field. She specializes in helping clients with anxiety, emotional regulation, social relationships, parenting, and navigating life changes. Staci utilizes evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, always tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. With a holistic perspective, she adapts her methods to align with each individual’s personality, fostering growth through challenge, encouragement, and celebration.
