Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in EMDR, I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported. Taking the first step toward help is often the hardest part—so I commend you for being here. I earned my Master’s degree from Arizona State University and have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging moments. While I work with a range of clients, I’m especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and those facing anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices that empower lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, collaboration, and intentionality. I create a safe, affirming space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change. Grounded in a trauma-informed and multicultural framework, I tailor each session to your unique strengths, needs, and goals. I believe healing happens in connection, and it's an honor to walk alongside you as you grow into the fullest version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our work together begins with an initial session where you’ll have space to share your story, ask questions, and talk about what brings you to therapy. This is a time for us to start building trust and clarity around your goals. I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded—where you can be open, vulnerable, and truly yourself. As we continue, we’ll collaborate to move toward the growth and healing you’re looking for, one step at a time.
