Great to meet you!

You don't have to have it figured out to start. Maybe anxiety or stress has taken over, or a health condition complicates things that should feel simple, or your relationship with alcohol or substances worries you more than you admit. I'm Staci, a licensed clinical social worker working with adults across Washington carrying this kind of weight. My approach is strengths based and curious, not clinical and distant, so we start with your story, not a diagnosis. People come to me with anxiety, depression, chronic health stress, and substance use concerns, and leave with real tools for carrying it differently.

My approach to therapy

In session, we slow down and look at thoughts that have started to feel like facts, then test whether they hold up. When something feels too big to sit with, we build room around it instead of pushing it away. If change feels complicated, we work from where you actually are, building momentum one honest conversation at a time.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy does not mean something is wrong with you, it means you are ready for support. You do not need the right words or a tidy explanation, just a willingness to show up. Clients often notice they feel steadier and less alone with what they are carrying within the first few sessions. If you are ready to talk, I would be glad to hear from you.
