Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work, licensed to practice in Georgia. Beyond the credentials, here's what matters more: I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, and relationship dynamics — including desire and intimacy, an area I care about deeply and won't shy away from. If something's been sitting with you and you already sense it's yours to work on, I'd love to talk.

My approach to therapy

I bring structure, but it's a conversation, not a lecture. I ask questions, and I mean them — I want to know what you actually think, not what you assume I want to hear. I adapt as your needs shift, and I expect real work between our sessions too, in how you try things differently in your actual life. That's where lasting change happens, not just in the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

Come with whatever sense you already have of what's going on, even if it's incomplete — that's plenty to start with. We'll get clear on what's brought you in and start shaping goals that are specific to you, not a generic checklist. It's normal to feel some nerves; I'll meet you with warmth, not judgment, from the very first conversation.
