Great to meet you!

If you're carrying something from childhood that still shapes how you trust, relate, or feel safe in your own skin, you don't have to untangle it alone. I also work closely with adolescents and families stuck in behavior patterns that feel bigger than anyone can manage on their own, and with adults who want focused, practical support for what's happening right now rather than years of open-ended sessions. Over 5 years of my career has been spent meeting people in crisis, in emergency rooms across Indiana, so very little rattles me, and I bring that same steadiness into the room with you.

My approach to therapy

My style is practical and solution-focused. We'll start with what's weighing on you most and build a plan to move through it, not just talk around it. I'm just as comfortable on video as I am in person, and you'll leave sessions with something you can actually use, not just something to think about.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting oriented, not diving into everything at once. We'll talk through what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you want different in your life. It's normal to feel nervous walking in, most people do. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of what we're working on together and what the next few sessions will look like.
