Great to meet you!

I'm Stacie Allphin, LPC, LCDC, and for more than 25 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, adolescents, and families as they find their way toward healing and lasting recovery. If you or someone you love is struggling with Mental Health, substance use challenges, or both - you don't have to figure it out alone. Whether you're just beginning to explore support or have been on this road for a while, I'd love to connect. Reaching out takes courage, and I'm here to meet you where you are.

My approach to therapy

My work is rooted in the belief that every person deserves care that truly sees them — not just their diagnosis, but their story and their strengths. I take an individualized, trauma-informed approach, drawing on evidence-based methods including modalities such as EMDR for complex trauma and clinical hypnosis to find the path that works best for you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel nerve-wracking, and I want you to know that your first session is designed with that in mind. While we'll cover the important getting-to-know-you information that helps me understand your history and what's brought you in, don't expect a clipboard and a checklist. Our conversation will feel like just that — a conversation.

I'll gently guide us through what I need to know, but my priority in that first hour is simply for you to feel heard and at ease. There's no homework, no pressure, and no expectations beyond showing up.

By the time we wrap up, my hope is that you leave feeling a sense of relief — like you've finally found the right person to help you carry this. I want you walking out the door feeling lighter, more hopeful, and confident that you're in good hands.
