Great to meet you!

Have you been diagnosed with a personality disorder? Or suspect you have one? I have dedicated my career to helping adults have more satisfying relationships with others as well as themselves. Do you struggle with low self-esteem, fear of rejection or judgment, emotional reactivity, avoiding the things you want most, mistrust, or forming or maintaining satisfying relationships to name a few? Why not meet for a free 15-minute video consultation to discuss your needs and see if we are a good match!

My approach to therapy

I have the training and experience to effectively treat personality disorders such as borderline, narcissistic, avoidant, obsessive-compulsive (not the same as OCD), and dependent. DBT has been the gold standard for treatment, but that doesn't get to the core of what's going on. I'm here to help you do more than cope by providing schema therapy (and more).

What you can expect from me

Together, we can work to heal patterns of unhelpful thinking, reacting, and coping by rewiring negative beliefs, using values-based coping strategies, and getting your needs met. I offer weekly/bi-weekly appointments and free daily consultations for adults (age 18+).
