I am versed in helping people deal with relationship concerns such as a Narcissistic family member, Imposter Syndrome for professionals, grief , traumas as well as traditional support for depression, anxiety, stress management , adjustments, communication and building of other skills; Cognitive Behavioral techniques; Inner child; adolescents (w caregiver support) , teens and adults for 1:1 sessions.

My approach to therapy

I help people w invitations to use open dialogue for processing, didactic/educational dialogue for learning healthy tools to use to channel emotional responses in healthy ways, teach Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for long-standing changes, and have been described as an exceptional listener. I seek to instill confidence and self care.
