Great to meet you!

Hi there! I have a background in anxiety disorders, including OCD, depression and grief. I I graduated with my masters in counseling psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2020 and have been practicing as a mental health therapist since then. My focus during my education was on the impact of trauma and abuse, issues of spirituality, identity and family of origin.

My approach to therapy

I use Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and emotionally focused therapy to address your concerns, and operate from a stance that there is no “one size fits all”. I care about your needs and what you are looking for and setting those goals together is my highest priority.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, I will give you the opportunity to share what it is you're hoping for as you begin therapy. We will set goals and you'll have space to share what's bringing you into therapy and also a time for you to ask me any questions you may have. It's important that you feel connected to your therapist and our first meeting should be about establishing that connection.
