Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who works with neurodivergent, queer, and disabled adults navigating identity exploration, eating disorder recovery, and the impact of systemic stressors. My education and clinical training in social work centered on how environmental and societal factors shape mental health, which continues to influence my therapeutic lens. I offer individual therapy with a deep respect for the diverse ways people process the world. Clients often come to me when they feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure what needs to change, just that something does. I aim to provide a space where that uncertainty is not only welcome but expected.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, non-hierarchical approach grounded in trauma-informed care and social justice values. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all; I adjust to each client’s pace and needs, weaving in direct reflection, curiosity, and context around your patterns and experiences. I don’t claim to be the expert on your life. I show up as a thought partner, supporting you in making sense of your internal landscape. I frequently work with clients who benefit from verbal processing and use metaphor, media, and inquiry to help build clarity. Every session is flexible and shaped by what you bring into the room.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with greater insight into their thought and behavior patterns, a deeper understanding of their needs and values, and new ways to relate to themselves with compassion. My goal is to create a space where you can be fully seen without pressure to mask, explain, or rush your process. You can expect a therapy environment that’s both grounded and adaptable: serious when needed but open to humor, metaphor, and spontaneity. We’ll work together to identify what’s in your control, what isn’t, and how to move forward in ways that feel aligned with your identity and goals. Over time, many clients report feeling more empowered and less alone.
