Great to meet you!

I know how hard it can be to reach out and ask for help, and I applaud you for getting this far! I love to be the non-judgmental, curious, client-centered supporter that will be there to lift you up and make sense of how things are going in your life. Seeing lives change and people fall in love with themselves again is my absolute favorite thing. We all need a helping hand at times. Don't hesitate to reach out and start toward making your life what you want it to be!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style of therapy is relaxed, challenging but not overbearing, compassionate and supportive. Part of the process is making sense of how you got here, where you want to go, and how you can use our own strengths and abilities to get there.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that each client I see leaves each session feeling more motivated, focused on progress (not perfection), and is able to start seeing their choices and behaviors more clearly so they can start to unravel their unhealthy patterns and walk proudly into the life they are creating for themselves.
