A bit about my approach to therapy

My job is to help you first identify your needs and goals, and then to work from there. If you’ve been to therapy in the past, it may have been very structured or rigid. While this can be a great fit for some people, my approach is more fluid: I am trained in various methods that allow me to customize your therapy experience based upon your unique needs.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy should be a place where you can be you without reservation.

More than anything, you want to be seen, supported, and understood for who you really are. In therapy, that’s exactly what you’ll find - so that you can take that inner strength and newfound courage out into every area of your life.

I offer a warm, safe, approachable, and supportive place where you can show up as your true self and work to create the life you want.
