Great to meet you!

I’m a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, integrative mental health care for children, teens, adults and older folks. My approach combines evidence-based medicine with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed therapy. I integrative treatment modalities such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR and play/art/pet therapy. The care you will receive is collaborative, calming, and deeply human as we underlying patterns and life experiences that shape well-being.

My approach to therapy

Helping you reconnect with your own inner capacity for healing and growth with care that is friendly, accepting, and nonjudgmental. I believe healing happens in the context of a trusting relationship built on kindness and respect. I take time to listen and understand your story so that together we can identify what supports your mental and emotional well-being. I blend compassion and curiosity to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered in your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we’ll take time to get to know each other and create a comfortable, welcoming space for you to share what brings you in. I’ll ask about your history, current concerns, and what goals you’d like to focus on. Together, we’ll explore what’s been working, what hasn’t, and begin developing a plan for how we can best achieve those goals. My priority is that you leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the next steps in your care.
