Great to meet you!

I believe every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and positive change. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan, serving clients from age 5 through older adulthood (100+). I work collaboratively with each client to build on their strengths, foster personal growth, and support meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and positive change. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.

I recognize that each person's experiences, challenges, and goals are unique, so I tailor treatment to meet the individual needs of each client. Together, we identify strengths, build effective coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to empower clients to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness while supporting them every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During your first therapy session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin getting to know one another. This initial visit is an opportunity for us to discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve.

I will ask questions to better understand your experiences and answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. Together, we'll explore your needs, identify priorities, and begin developing a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique circumstances and goals.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. Therapy is a process that unfolds at your pace, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very first session. By the end of our visit, you'll have a better understanding of how we can work together to support your growth, healing, and overall well-being.
