Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina with over 30 years of experience. I have worked in private settings as well as educational settings. I have worked with clients with many different concerns including depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, relationship issues, career changes, and ADHD. I have experience with adults, children and adolescents.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy style is kind, warm and collaborative. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is a mix of cognitive-behavioral, brief solution oriented therapy and Christian based values. I will work with you to develop a treatment plan to meet your individual and specific needs. I believe that mental wellness is as important as physical wellness and typically incorporate "exercises" for both areas.
