Great to meet you!

I am a warm, compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional strength. I believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and thrive, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them recognize and build upon the strengths they already possess.

My approach is supportive, empowering, and client-centered, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. Whether facing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or personal struggles, I am committed to helping clients move toward healing, resilience, and lasting positive change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck, while developing practical strategies for lasting change.

I believe therapy should feel supportive, compassionate, and empowering. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients can explore challenges openly, gain insight, and build tools that help them feel more confident and balanced in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, personal history, goals for treatment, and any challenges you may be experiencing. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you hope to gain from therapy, and determine whether the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit.

My approach is collaborative and supportive, and there is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable discussing. Together, we will begin identifying goals and developing a plan tailored to your individual needs. The first session is focused on creating a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
