My name is Stacy Benedict, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have been in practice over 20 years. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of settings, including county mental health, partial hospitalization, managed care, and private practice. My education is mainly in family therapy, but I also have substantial experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, women's issues, and many other areas.

My approach is client-focused, meaning I will tailor my interventions to your unique needs. I find it important to hear your stories and develop strategies to suit your needs.

I strive to create a warm and supportive environment, in which you will felt heard. I find setting clear goals early on is the best approach in assisting you find solutions to your problems. I am also pleased to serve the Hispanic/Latinx community and run a multicultural practice.
