Hi! I am a fully licensed mental health therapist. I have been in the business of helping people for over 15 years. I am direct and solution oriented, but will not rush the process.

My approach to therapy

Depending on the situation, I may alter my techniques/interventions. I have knowledge and experience in several modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, SBFT, mindfulness, and positive psychology, amongst others. One thing that is consistent is my warmth, openness, and acceptance. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist that works with all types of people, including adolescents and adults.

Clients can expect to feel validated and empowered. Client will feel lighter after the first session. Client will gain knowledge about themselves and their role in their surrounding ecosystems. Client will learn the skills/tools to take with you in every day life.
