Great to meet you!

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling Psychology with a Minor in Biblical studies from Toccoa Falls College in 2003. I completed my Masters degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2015.

I specialize in working with teenagers, and adults. I believe healing for the mind and spirit requires time and it is important to know at the onset that the counseling process may be more like a long marathon rather than a sprint.

My approach to therapy

As a trauma-informed, source-focused counselor, I prioritize addressing the root source of a problem rather than its symptoms. I believe getting to the root source of the problem is what will bring about lasting health instead of just learning to cope with symptoms.

What you can expect from me

I provide my clients with a safe, non-judgmental, highly relational space in which to share their story, helping them take their first steps on the road to lasting mental, emotional and spiritual health.
