Great to meet you!

When your mood feels unpredictable, anxiety is intense, focus is difficult, or identity stress feels isolating, it can be exhausting trying to manage everything alone.

I help adults navigating bipolar disorder, ADHD, panic, depression, and LGBTQ+ concerns feel more grounded, understood, and in control. My goal is to offer a steady, affirming space where healing and growth feel possible.

My approach to therapy

I help clients slow things down, understand patterns, and build tools that actually fit their lives.

Together, we’ll work on emotional regulation, coping skills, insight, and confidence. My style is warm and collaborative, using trauma-informed care, mindfulness, parts work, and practical strategies tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

It’s normal to feel nervous or unsure about where to begin.

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what support you’re looking for, and what feels most important right now. You don’t need to prepare perfectly or have all the answers—we’ll start where you are.
