Great to meet you!

My passion is helping clients to address a variety of needs, many of which stem from prior traumatic or dysfunctional patterns, as well as to help them find a more fulfilling balance. I often see clients suffer from imposter and/or Wonder Woman syndrome, frequently manifesting as suicidal ideation, depression, and/or anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrated approach rooted in feminist theory, and that focuses on how trauma currently shows up in our lives. I find this is crucial to break the cycle. I believe that clients of all genders are harmed by societal norms, roles, and stigmas; we all can benefit from working to break down those barriers for the sake of healthy emotional expression.

What you can expect from me

My clients and I collaborate to build self-care and self-worth, by examining patterns of behavior and what has caused them. My clients learn to start treating themselves as they do their loved ones, and to start re-filling their cup so they can continue to pour out.
