Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner educated at Binghamton University, I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals with mental health challenges. My training has equipped me with the skills to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions while fostering therapeutic relationships based on trust and respect. I use a patient-centered approach, combining pharmacologic interventions with psychotherapy, to improve both mental and physical well-being. Continuously striving for professional growth, I am dedicated to delivering high-quality, culturally competent care and contributing to the ongoing advancement of psychiatric practice.

My approach to therapy

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, my approach is patient-centered, holistic, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I prioritize building trust and fostering open communication, allowing patients to feel heard and supported. Through comprehensive assessments, I develop individualized treatment plans that combine pharmacologic interventions and psychotherapy, tailored to each patient's unique needs. My goal is to support both symptom relief and sustained mental health through a compassionate and collaborative approach.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of their mental health, practical tools for managing symptoms, and a clearer sense of direction for their recovery. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings while working together to develop personalized strategies. Ultimately, my goal is for clients to leave each session feeling more equipped, heard, and hopeful about their path forward.
