Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm so glad you're here. As a board certified and licensed counselor, I believe counseling is a collaborative process and I strive to empower clients by honoring their strengths, insight and lived experiences. My clinical experience has primarily been working with individuals and families across a range of life challenges. I am especially passionate about focusing my work on maternal mental health and supporting military spouses.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive and understanding. I believe healing happens through collaboration and I value open, honest communication. I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey, while both challenging and empowering you.

What you can expect from me

Once we've decided to work together, our first session will be an introductory one. You will get a chance to share what feels important, we can begin identifying goals and discuss what feels most supportive moving forward.
