Great to meet you!

I am Stacy Cox, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 10 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. Licensed in New York State, I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions in adults, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, insomnia, and PTSD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a patient-centered approach, focusing on the well-being of each individual. I believe in creating personalized treatment plans that integrate medication management, therapy, and lifestyle strategies to address the unique needs of each person. My goal is to provide holistic care, supporting patients in both immediate symptom relief and long-term recovery. I work closely with my patients to empower them on their journey toward mental wellness.

What you can expect from our first session

Empathy and respect are at the core of my practice. I strive to create an open, supportive environment where patients feel heard, validated, and actively involved in their treatment decisions. By fostering a collaborative relationship, I aim to ensure that each person feels confident and empowered in managing their mental health, with a focus on sustainable growth and lasting improvement.
