Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with certifications in Adult Health, Psychiatric Mental Health, and Hospice and Palliative Care. My clinical background allows me to provide comprehensive, patient-centered psychiatric care across the adult lifespan, with particular sensitivity to complex medical and life-stage concerns.

I specialize in the evaluation and medication management of depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment issues. I also have experience supporting individuals navigating chronic illness, grief, life transitions, and end-of-life concerns, integrating mental health care with whole-person wellness.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and actively involved in their treatment planning. I work closely with each individual to develop thoughtful, personalized care plans that support both symptom relief and long-term emotional well-being.

My goal is to help clients feel empowered, understood, and supported as they move toward improved mental health and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy or psychiatric care can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know that our first session is simply a conversation — a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

During our first visit, I’ll take time to truly get to know you — what’s been weighing on you, what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re hoping will change. We’ll talk about your history, current symptoms, stressors, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We move at your pace.

My priority is that you feel heard, respected, and comfortable. Together, we’ll begin building a plan that feels thoughtful and realistic for you. If medication is part of the discussion, I’ll explain options clearly and make sure you feel informed and involved in every decision.

By the end of our first session, my hope is that you feel supported, understood, and reassured that you don’t have to navigate this alone.
