Great to meet you!

The pressure to have it all figured out doesn't stop at any particular age. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors: people navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the complicated terrain of identity, relationships, and family. That includes teenagers still finding their footing, adults managing competing demands at home and at work, and older adults facing the transitions that come with later life. Whether you are a man or a woman, whatever brought you here, you deserve a space where you can actually sort through it.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is grounded in understanding how your past and present connect, and in building practical skills you can use right away. For many of the people I work with, that means untangling the patterns that keep showing up in relationships or at home, developing tools to manage anxiety or attention challenges, or finding more clarity around who you are and what you actually want. My role is to help you identify what matters most and build toward it at a pace that works for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. I want to understand what brought you here and what you are hoping for. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before we begin. I offer both office visits and telehealth sessions, so we can work in whatever format fits your schedule and your life. If you are ready to take that next step, I would love to connect. Reach out and let's find a time to talk.
