Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Dr. Stacy Grossman and I have been a licensed psychologist for over 10 years. I specialize in working with adults managing stress, anxiety, depression, and substance use. My goal is to help guide you on your healing journey and find joy and calmness in your life again.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral approaches to help change thought patterns, identify emotions, and build skills to help manage life a little better. I often use humor and warmth in our sessions, and will also do what I can to challenge you to help you grow.

What you can expect from our first session

I intend to work collaboratively with you to set realistic goals and objectives that will help make your life better. We will work as a team so you feel supported and safe while you navigate the discomfort of change.
