Great to meet you!
Welcome! I'm Stacy Gulston, M.S., LMHC, CCTP, BIPOC-Certified, a licensed mental health counselor, United States Navy veteran, and graduate of Walden University, where I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My work is grounded in evidence-based trauma therapy, cultural humility, and a strengths-based approach that empowers clients to heal, grow, and build lasting resilience.
As a first-generation Caribbean American, I understand the impact that family, culture, and life experiences can have on our emotional well-being. I have a passion for helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and intergenerational healing in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures, discovering new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie, and spending quality time with my miniature poodle. These experiences remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and finding joy in everyday life.
Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or continuing your healing journey, I look forward to partnering with you as you move from surviving to thriving.
