Great to meet you!

*** Please note at this time I am full on couples*****

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in helping couples and families navigate life’s most challenging transitions. Whatever brings you through the door of therapy, I am here to walk with you. I believe that therapy is not just about addressing problems but also about building the skills and insight necessary for long-term emotional and relational well-being. Whether you are seeking support for a specific issue or simply want to strengthen your relationships, I am here to guide you with empathy, expertise, and a practical, solution-focused mindset.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual, couple, and family brings unique experiences and challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their concerns, improve communication, and develop resilience.

I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care to help clients navigate relationship stressors, life transitions, and trauma-related struggles. My work is deeply rooted in attachment theory and family systems, helping individuals and couples understand how past experiences shape present dynamics.

For couples, I focus on fostering deeper emotional connections, repairing trust, and improving conflict resolution skills. For individuals, especially veterans and those dealing with PTSD, infertility, or major life transitions, I provide a compassionate, structured approach to healing.

What you can expect from our first session

Relationships and family dynamics can be complex, especially during times of uncertainty. Whether you’re facing difficulties with communication, adjusting to parenthood, coping with infertility, or managing the impact of trauma, I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals and couples can rebuild connection, resilience, and emotional well-being.
