Great to meet you!

I'm Stacy; nice to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals navigating ADHD, shame, stigma, and transgenerational trauma. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the ways our experiences shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. I help clients better understand patterns related to attention, emotional regulation, self-worth, identity, and relationships while exploring the impact of family systems, cultural expectations, and inherited trauma across generations.

Together, we work to untangle painful beliefs, reduce self-criticism, and build greater self-understanding and resilience. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions, challenge long-standing patterns, and reconnect with a more authentic and empowered sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates trauma-informed care with practical, evidence-based strategies. I help clients better understand the impact of past experiences, emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and challenges with attention, regulation, and executive functioning. Alongside insight-oriented work, I incorporate concrete tools to build coping skills, improve daily functioning, and strengthen self-compassion. I prioritize creating a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering. My goal is to create a space where clients can process difficult experiences while also developing the structure and support needed for meaningful, sustainable growth.

What you can expect from me

An initial therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust and collaboration. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll also ask questions about your personal history, relationships, emotional experiences, and current stressors to better understand the full picture of your needs and strengths.

There is no pressure to share everything right away. We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and discuss approaches that may be helpful in creating the changes you want to make.
