Great to meet you!

As a clinician, my top priority is building trust with my clients. They can rely on me to provide a safe and supportive space for their healing journey. I am committed to maintaining my own well-being so that my clients can focus fully on their growth without concern for my needs. Additionally, I continuously refine my skills and knowledge to ensure they receive the highest quality care, incorporating best practices, effective therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based models.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As an experiential therapist, my role is to guide you in connecting with the deeper aspects of yourself by identifying the root cause of your challenges, recognizing negative patterns, and accessing both surface-level and underlying emotions. Through this process, we redefine the problem in a way that allows you to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or suppressed.

In our sessions, we will explore emotions, bodily sensations, thoughts, and behaviors to develop a personalized plan that addresses the core issue and promotes lasting healing.

What you can expect from our first session

The decision to start therapy with a licensed professional is like setting out on an expedition to both rediscover old territories and to discover new territories. One set of questions therapy asks is “What is it like to be me now?” “How do my past experiences affect who I am now?” “What is getting in my way, preventing me from being the person I feel I can be?”
