Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m so glad you’re here.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel big, and I’m here to make it as welcoming and grounded as possible. With over 13 years of experience in medical healthcare and over 7 years in mental healthcare, I bring a unique blend of mind-body awareness to our sessions.

I have a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, and many post-graduate certifications specializing in trauma and grief, including EMDR and Compassionate Bereavement Care.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and deeply grounded in a mind-body approach to wellness. Having a background in both medical healthcare and mental health counseling allows me to view your well-being from a comprehensive perspective.

I practice from a trauma-informed lens, meaning we always move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you. Together, we will focus on practical, day-to-day tools while exploring specific areas of need, including life transitions, stress management, and the unique connection between mental health and financial well-being. Ultimately, you are the expert on your own life, and my goal is to provide the supportive, judgment-free space you need to heal and grow.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about building a comfortable foundation. I focus on creating a warm, down-to-earth environment where you can share your story at your own pace, completely free of judgment.

Rather than jumping into rigid clinical assessments, we will treat this as a collaborative conversation. We will check in on what brings you to therapy, explore what has or hasn't worked for you in the past, and naturally begin to shape your personal goals for our time together. You can expect to leave this first meeting with a clear sense of what our partnership will look like and a supportive plan tailored entirely to you.
