Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with diverse populations in mental health clinical settings, providing psychotherapy and crisis intervention to individuals, families and groups. I help individuals work through: trauma, grief, anxiety, stress, and a multitude of other transitions through a supportive, practical approach tailored to their needs.

My approach to therapy

Every person brings a unique story, set of challenges, and strengths, so I tailor our work to adjust accordingly. Therefore, I draw from different evidence-based approaches., adapting to your needs, blending insight and skill-building. Together, we’ll set goals, track progress, and move toward lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your concerns, goals, and history at a comfortable pace. It’s normal to feel nervous—there’s no pressure to share everything at once. My focus is helping you feel safe, heard, and supported.
