Great to meet you!

I graduated with a Master degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University with a passion for helping others. I believe in making quality therapeutic services accessible so that individuals, families and communities can thrive. I enjoy working with people of all ages, couples, and blended families and am LGBTQ+ affirmative. I bring a non judgmental approach with all my clients. With over 17 years working in Education, six of them in a special education setting, I am able to make therapy relatable. I like to note that I am more direct than passive in my therapy sessions which I have found my clients appreciate.

My approach to therapy

It can be overwhelming to have so many thoughts and ideas in your head, especially when you are trying to make an important decision. Working with a licensed counselor gives you the advantage of processing and untangling your thoughts with a person who only wants to help you move forward and live the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

The first session together we will get to know each other and put down a solid foundation for our working therapeutic relationship. We will talk about what goals you have for your overall thoughts feelings and behaviors and future.
