Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Stacy Murphy, I am a board‐certified psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to providing empathetic, patient‐centered mental health care for individuals seeking support, healing, and personal growth. My practice blends evidence‐based pharmacology with Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) therapies, allowing me to tailor treatment plans that honor the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. With a foundation rooted in compassion, collaboration, and clinical expertise, I offer both medication management and psychotherapy to help patients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. I believe deeply in creating a safe, non‐judgmental space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care.

My approach to therapy

Patient‐Centered Care — You are an active partner in your treatment, and your goals guide our work together. Medication Management — Thoughtful, collaborative prescribing with ongoing monitoring and education. Psychotherapy — Integrative talk therapy that supports insight, resilience, and emotional well‐being. CAM Therapies — Mind‐body practices, lifestyle interventions, and holistic strategies to complement traditional treatment. Trauma‐Informed Care — A gentle, supportive approach that prioritizes safety and empowerment.
