Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Stacy and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about helping individuals find balance and fulfillment in their lives. With an understanding of challenges that come with life’s ups and downs, I offer a compassionate and open-minded environment where clients can explore their concerns and work towards being the best version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I take a person-centered approach to therapy, meaning that I tailor my methods to meet your individual needs. My hope is not just to help you overcome challenges but to empower you with the tools and insights to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, my goal is to begin building a trusting and supportive relationship with you. To do so - I want to understand you not just through the lens of your challenges, but as a whole person. We’ll spend time getting to know each other and I’ll ask questions about your life experiences, values, interests and goals.
