Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Stacy Phillips and I am so glad you found me here! I am a licensed professional mental health counselor and have been working in the field for over a decade! I love to help adult women find their way through their struggles, whatever the problem may be. Whether it is past trauma or current mental, social, emotional or behavioral problems, I am here to come alongside, offer support, offer encouragement and the wisdom and skills I have to share to get you through to the other side.

My approach to therapy

The relational foundation of trust, grace, acceptance, and truth that I build with my clients is the heart of our work and the stories they share and the skills that they learn are the tools that help them heal from the past and build the life they want to live today!

What you can expect from me

We balance acceptance of the client's current situation with change and where they want to be in the future. We always make a plan for our treatment and time because I value my client's time! If that plan is to share, we share deeply, if that plan is to learn some skills and tools, then we learn well. One thing we don't do is stay stagnant in the problems that bring us to therapy. We address them, we accept them (sometimes that is the hardest part) and then we decide what to do about them!
