Great to meet you!

I'm Stacy Reynolds, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), graduate from Michigan State University. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care. With a deep belief in the power of human resilience, I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Specialty areas include trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, stress management, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, life transitions, self-esteem, personal growth, grief & loss, relationship challenges, schizophrenia and psychosis.

Stacy also has significant experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ and other diverse populations who have experienced trauma, physical and/or sexual abuse, abandonment and/or neglect, dysfunctional family systems, as well as issues related to mental health and physical disabilities.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is holistic in treating the whole person-mind, body, and spirit and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions. This allows me to tailor sessions to each individual's needs, ensuring personalized experience that promotes growth, healing, and long-term wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

My Philosophy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where clients feel safe and supported while exploring their inner world. I strive to create a calm, authentic environment where growth unfolds naturally and clients are encouraged to take meaningful steps toward lasting change.

Let's Work Together

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to invest in your mental health, I'm here to help. Together, we'll work to clarify your goals, develop new coping strategies, and uncover the strengths you already hold. You don't have to do this alone.
