Great to meet you!

Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, goal-oriented, warm, and — when necessary — willing to gently challenge them so they can grow. I believe therapy should be a safe space to process emotions, but it can also include humor, hope, and forward movement. I have extensive experience working with youth, but also enjoy providing therapy for young adults, adults and couples. I have also worked with populations struggling with drug/alcohol addiction, victims of domestic violence, and sexual assault.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt techniques, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a customized plan that addresses your specific concerns. These evidence-based approaches can help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjusting to life transitions.

What you can expect from me

If anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or relationship struggles are keeping you from living the life you want, I can help. You don’t have to face it alone — we can work together to create lasting change.
