Great to meet you!

I was born in Boston. I am a Harvard trained psychologist who focused on professionals, families and young people. I use a systems-oriented focus to help individuals manage their life situations and challenges better. I am versatile in terms of areas of treatment and eclectic in terms of therapeutic styles.

My approach to therapy

I was trained in Cognitive Behavioral methods and family systems models. I use an active participatory style to help patients feel at ease, using a more conversational style. My goal is to provide a trusted space where my clients can work on their issues each week and return to their lives with a lighter load.

What you can expect from me

To start, I will be interested in knowing what you want to accomplish and how your life experience has brought you to this moment. I will want to know what you envision will be the end result of our working together. I will paint a picture for you of how you can expect to be at the end of our work.
