Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in helping women overcome anxiety, fear-based thinking, and perfectionism. I utilize evidence-based CBT grounded in a Biblical worldview, focusing on real change—not temporary relief.

I’ve supported women through life transitions, identity struggles, relationship stress, and the emotional patterns that keep them stuck. My style is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative. Clients often tell me they feel seen, supported, and challenged in the best way.

I’m committed to helping women build emotional clarity, healthier patterns of thinking, and a life rooted in peace, truth, and personal responsibility.

My approach to therapy

My approach is firmly rooted in Scripture and the belief that true healing comes from aligning our thoughts, emotions, and actions with God’s truth. I help women identify the beliefs, patterns, and agreements that are producing anxiety or emotional distress, and then guide them back to what God says so they can walk in clarity and peace.

While I use practical tools and structured exercises, I do not practice secular therapy. Instead, I integrate Biblically based principles—renewing the mind, confronting lies with truth, repenting where needed, strengthening obedience, and developing godly wisdom and self-discipline.

Therapy with me is honest, relational, and deeply reflective. We explore heart issues, generational patterns, and personal responsibility while anchoring every step in Scripture. My goal is to help women build a life that’s steady, ordered, and aligned with the Lord—not driven by fear, feelings, or culture.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a calm, structured, and honest conversation where we begin to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. We’ll talk through your current struggles, personal history, and the patterns or beliefs that may be driving your anxiety or emotional overwhelm.

You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where Scripture and truth guide our work from the very beginning. I’ll help you identify what’s out of alignment with God’s Word, bring clarity to the root issues, and outline practical steps toward healing and obedience.

By the end of the first session, most women feel understood, grounded, and encouraged—with a clearer sense of direction and a plan for moving forward. You’ll leave with insight, hope, and at least one practical truth or action step to begin applying right away.
