I believe you've been gathering crucial information throughout your life that's needed to feel peace from painful past experiences and to create a fulfilling present life. The ability to access and apply that information is where I can help. Searching for the right therapist can be hard, but the search itself says that you're using your knowledge to take charge of finding the support you need. That's empowerment. Searching also means you believe in the possibility of making changes in your life. I call that hope. Empowerment and hope are all you need to start finding a new way of being.

I understand the complexities of trauma, anxiety and depression that are attached to your painful experiences and keep showing up in your present life. I'm dedicated to providing you safety, compassion, patience, and the skills I have learned. I use a multi-method approach with clients including; EMDR, somatic exercises, IFS, MNRI and expressive techniques.

We can explore each of these methods to discover which ones are right for you. Together, you and I can unlock the information you already possess to heal, to live and to plan for the life you are meant to live.
