Great to meet you!

My calling is to support your most authentic self while encouraging you to laugh, grow, challenge, and explore who you really are with abandon. My top priority is to build a safe, accepting therapeutic relationship to find peace within the self and others.

I am a caring, creative, open-minded do-gooder who is passionate about giving you full permission to embrace and love who you are.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a blend of techniques that lean on radical acceptance and provide compassion to every single part of you. When applicable, I use EMDR to navigate any trauma work to find relief and to bring calm into your present life.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to take away warmth, direction, and support from our appointments. We will work to alleviate any barriers to you reaching your goals in a caring and empathic way.
