Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Stacy, an LPC with a unique counseling style tailored to fit your individual needs. Yes You! Afterall.... we are each different but experience similar life challenges. I totally get it.

My approach to therapy

I have a combined 8 years of mental health experience. My clinical background and experience are driven from a Strengths Based Perspective. Why a strengths-based perspective?? Working with each client from a strengths-based perspective allows both client and therapist to discover the innate tools the client already possesses to help achieve desired outcomes.

What you can expect from me

Often times, because of a difficult situation we tend to focus most of our attention on what's going wrong in our lives, which can create a sense of hopelessness and/or lack of control. But wait.... what if we can identify what has helped us this far in our lives and then learn additional ways to effectively push us forward in life, despite difficulties. This is is where life changes begin in our lives!
