Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained, you're not alone. I work with adults and young adults navigating grief, anxiety, relationship stress, parenting challenges, life transitions, and the emotional changes of midlife and menopause. Therapy can help you gain clarity, feel more grounded, and reconnect with yourself.

My approach to therapy

With over 25 years of experience, I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), grief counseling and mindfulness. I work with adolescents to adults with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, peer difficulties, parenting, grief and family and relationship struggles.

What you can expect from me

I value the importance of creating a non-judgmental and safe space for you to engage in self-discovery and growth. I think you will find my calm nature and focus on your unique concerns to be welcoming. I want to provide you with concrete tools and techniques that make sense, because I know your time is valuable. I look forward to working with you.
